Design and Implementation on The "Henan Practice" of Secondary-Vocational and Higher-Vocational Education Cohesion

Targeting the core pain points of secondary-vocational and higher-vocational education cohesion—namely "disconnection, misalignment, deviation", Henan Province has taken the "3+2" segmented training mode as a breakthrough. After more than a decade of exploration, it has constructed a distinctive "Henan Practice" mode for secondary-vocational and higher-vocational education cohesion. With the "anchor-point reverse design method" as its core methodology, it has formed a trinity cohesion carrier of "Standards-Programs-Textbooks" and established a linked implementation mechanism of "Research-Practice-Policy". It has been validated in 10 programs across 5 pairs of secondary and higher vocational schools in Henan Province. The main findings of this study have been incorporated into relevant policy texts on secondary-vocational and higher-vocational education cohesion in Henan Province, providing theoretical perspectives and practical support for talent cultivation through secondary-vocational and higher-vocational education cohesion in Henan's vocational education.
