    Research on Trend and Countermeasures of Scientific Research Development in Vocational Undergraduate Universities

    • Under the background of building a strong education nation and a strong manufacturing nation, it takes the scientific research development of vocational undergraduate universities as the research object, integrating the type characteristics of vocational education with the practical demands of industrial development. It systematically dissects the current practical pain points, including the disjuncture between horizontal technical services and industrial needs, the insufficient capacity to break through in cultivating landmark achievements, the low quality of patent outcomes and their inefficient transformation, and the underutilization of the peak output period of scientific research achievements by high-level talents. Based on the school-running orientation of vocational undergraduate education, it clarifies the six major trend positioning of its scientific research development: industrialization, ecologicalization, precision, integration, high efficiency, and digital-intelligence. Furthermore, targeted implementation countermeasures are proposed from dimensions such as the construction of a collaborative innovation system, the cultivation of landmark achievements, and the development of achievement transformation platforms. This research provides practical references for vocational undergraduate universities to accurately identify the direction of scientific research development, enhance their ability to serve industries through scientific research, and improve their innovation level, thereby facilitating the realization of the development pattern of "Prosperous vocational education drives industrial prosperity, and strong industries bolster vocational education."
