Research and Application on Super-Magnetic Separation Water Purification Technology for Closed Water System

    • To solve the problems of turbidity and substandard water quality in closed water system, it conducted a targeted application research on super-magnetic separation water purification technology, taking the closed water system of Xixi Tianxianyuan Town as a case. The effects of flocculant selection, dosing sequence, water flow rate, and stirring parameters on purification performance were systematically analyzed. Results indicated that the optimal mixed flocculant combination was 60 mg/L PAC and 2.5 mg/L PAM. The optimal dosing sequence involved simultaneous addition of PAC and magnetic seeds first, followed by PAM. The optimal influent flow rate range was 2.5-6.5 m3/min. The optimal stirring regime consisted of an initial stirring at 240 r/min for 3 minutes, followed by a second stirring at 60 r/min for 4 minutes. Under these optimized conditions, during the first month of practical operation, the average monthly removal rates of SS, COD, and TP in the effluent reached 96.89%, 89.10%, and 89.01%, respectively. Additionally, water transparency increased from less than 25 cm to no less than 70 cm, leading to a significant improvement in sensory quality.
