Abstract
Through an in-depth analysis of the causes underlying adolescent psychological issues, it posits that social competition pressures, as well as family and school education-related factors, are the primary catalysts for such problems. These issues are evident in various aspects, including emotions, interpersonal relationships, behaviors, and academic adaptation. In response to these adolescent psychological challenges, it presents paths for ideological and political intervention. These include optimizing and integrating course content, innovating teaching methods, enhancing the psychological intervention capabilities of the ideological and political teaching faculty, and establishing a social collaborative network.
