Since the enrollment expansion， the number of college graduates has been increasing.The graduate employment difficulty of higher vocational colleges has been increasing.The entrepreneurship is an effective way to solve the employment problem.In order to solve the employment problems of higher vocational college graduates in remote areas and provide the beneficial reference，aiming at the existing problems of entrepreneurial talent cultivation process of higher vocational colleges in remote areas，it puts forward specific talents cultivation target， perfects the course system， establishes practical platform and improves the teaching level to cultivate higher vocational students’ innovation creative consciousness， improve their ability of theory combined with practice，then to improve the of talent cultivation quality of higher vocational colleges.
