Humanistic Care of Colleges and Universities' Ideological and Political Education's Function and Cultivation of Its Innovative Ability

Characteristics of college ideological and political subject determine the special effect of humanistic care in all-round enhancement of the students. According to the demands of talents in the new century, with the aim of improving the effectiveness, this paper analyzes the possibility that ideological and political subject is used as the humanities to increase the ability of originative thinking, puts forward some methods of obeying the rules, carrying out teaching, freeing our mind putting into practice to explore the concrete act in promoting the reform of ideological and political subject and cultivating the ability of originative thinking.
