    • Marxism has theory character that it can make constant progress as time goes on. It is opening and developing, but it must rise to a higher level constantly as time goes on. When the new century replaces the old, under the new historical condition and social practice, according to variations of the Party and national conditions, Jiang Ze min produced “the Three Represent’s” thought, gave new contents to Marx’s theory of the Party building and scientific socialism, and so made a new combination between Marxism and chinese practice.
