Probing into the Present Status of Construction Supervision of the Flood Control Works in the Lower Reaches of the Yellow River

Construction supervision system has been spread out in the flood control works in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, which is still in a beginning stage at present. According to the author’s firsthand experience in the cupervison work, this paper analyse on some phenomenon and problems in the process of implementing the supervison system, looks into the causes, puts forward some means of solving problems
