“双碳”目标下河南经济发展与碳排放脱钩预测研究

    Research on Decoupling Prediction Between Economic Development and Carbon Emissions in Henan Province Under the "Dual Carbon" Goals

    • 摘要: 运用碳排放系数法测算碳排放量,结合改进的Tapio脱钩模型分析河南省1978—2023年经济发展与碳排放的脱钩现状,并通过情景分析法与改进的Kaya模型,预测河南省2030年和2060年不同情景下二者的脱钩关系。结果表明:1978—2023年,河南省脱钩状态以相对脱钩为主;按照设计情景,2030年仅低排放情景下实现绝对脱钩,2060年所有情景均实现绝对脱钩;低碳转型需分阶段推进,短期以“控煤增绿”为核心,中长期逐步优化能源结构与构建零碳产业体系。该研究可为河南省及同类省份“双碳”目标下的经济-碳排放协同发展提供参考。

       

      Abstract: It calculates carbon emissions by using the carbon emission coefficient method, analyzes the current decoupling status between economic development and carbon emissions in Henan Province from 1978 to 2023 via an improved Tapio decoupling model, and predicts their decoupling relationships under different scenarios for 2030 and 2060 through scenario analysis and the improved Kaya model. The results indicate that: (1) From 1978 to 2023, the decoupling state was dominated by relative decoupling; (2) Under the designed plans, only the low-emission scenario will achieve absolute decoupling in 2030, while all plans will realize absolute decoupling by 2060; (3) Low-carbon transformation requires phased advancement: the short-term core should focus on "coal control and green energy expansion", while the medium-to-long term should prioritize gradual optimization of the energy structure and construction of a zero-carbon industrial system. It provides a reference for the coordinated development of economy and carbon emissions in Henan Province and similar regions under the "Dual Carbon" goals.
