Abstract:
While China's vocational education has initially established a cultivation ladder connecting secondary vocational, higher vocational and vocational undergraduate programs at the institutional level, the curriculum systems at various levels still face deeply structural dilemmas in practical operation, such as poor vertical connectivity, insufficient horizontal connectivity and loose external connectivity. Through integrated design, fusion innovation and industry-education collaboration, we can systematically enhance the adaptability of the curriculum system to support the connectivity cultivation of technical and skilled talents. Vertical connectivity breaks down phase of studying barriers by constructing a progressive, spiral ladder of knowledge and skills aligned with talent growth laws, ensuring the continuity and advancement of talent cultivation. Horizontal connectivity focuses on the deep integration of professional education and general education, as well as theoretical teaching and practical training, to cultivate compound talents with both professional depth and humanistic breadth, responding to the demands of holistic human development. External connectivity emphasizes the dynamic coupling and co-evolution between the entire curriculum system and regional industrial structures as well as cutting-edge technological changes, ensuring the social adaptability and forward-looking nature of talent cultivation.
