Abstract:
Aiming at the industry pain points of traditional drilling and milling production lines, such as low automation level, intricate parameter regulation, and arduous production data traceability, it proposes a control system for drilling and milling production lines based on touch screen and PLC. The operational principles and control requirements of the drilling and milling production line are systematically analyzed. The key links including hardware selection for the control system, PLC program development, touch screen interface configuration, and system joint debugging are elaborated. Simulation and on-site debugging results indicate that the system can realize fully automated control of the entire process, covering workpiece feeding, drilling and milling processing, process transfer, and final inspection. It operates stably and reliably, effectively enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
