Abstract:
Taking the irregular glass curtain wall project of a hotel in Zhengzhou as a case, it proposed a digital construction method integrating BIM full-process collaborative design, modular discretized assembly, and closed-loop high-precision measurement. Focusing on the construction challenges of multi-curved large cantilever structures, it innovatively developed a "BIM+3D Laser Scanning" real-time deviation feedback control mechanism and a "Modular Prefabrication+Temporary Support" assembly system. Through parametric modeling, finite element simulation analysis, factory CNC machining, and on-site scanning comparison, full-process digital closed-loop management is realized. Engineering practice demonstrated that this method achieved millimeter-level installation accuracy control, solving key problems in traditional processes such as large cumulative errors, poor process coordination, and complex structural deformation control. The construction period was shortened by 20%, material loss was reduced to 1.5‰, costs were saved by 9.495 million yuan, and the green construction goals of "Zero Safety Accidents and Zero Environmental Pollution" were achieved, indicating significant promotion value.
