异形玻璃幕墙数字化安装施工技术研究与应用

    Research and Application on Digital Installation Construction Technology for Irregular Glass Curtain Wall

    • 摘要: 以郑州某酒店异形玻璃幕墙工程为例, 探讨了一套融合BIM全流程协同设计、模块化离散化组装和闭环式高精度测量的数字化施工方法。研究围绕多曲面大悬挑结构的施工难点展开, 提出了"BIM+三维激光扫描"实时偏差反馈控制机制和"模块化预制+临时支撑"装配体系, 通过参数化建模、有限元仿真分析、工厂数控加工与现场扫描比对实现全过程数字化闭环管理。工程实践表明, 该方法实现了毫米级安装精度控制, 解决了传统工艺中累积误差大、工序协同难、结构变形控制复杂等关键问题, 工期缩短20%, 材料损耗降至1.5‰, 节约成本949.5万元, 并达成"零安全事故、零环境污染"的绿色施工目标, 具有良好推广价值。

       

      Abstract: Taking the irregular glass curtain wall project of a hotel in Zhengzhou as a case, it proposed a digital construction method integrating BIM full-process collaborative design, modular discretized assembly, and closed-loop high-precision measurement. Focusing on the construction challenges of multi-curved large cantilever structures, it innovatively developed a "BIM+3D Laser Scanning" real-time deviation feedback control mechanism and a "Modular Prefabrication+Temporary Support" assembly system. Through parametric modeling, finite element simulation analysis, factory CNC machining, and on-site scanning comparison, full-process digital closed-loop management is realized. Engineering practice demonstrated that this method achieved millimeter-level installation accuracy control, solving key problems in traditional processes such as large cumulative errors, poor process coordination, and complex structural deformation control. The construction period was shortened by 20%, material loss was reduced to 1.5‰, costs were saved by 9.495 million yuan, and the green construction goals of "Zero Safety Accidents and Zero Environmental Pollution" were achieved, indicating significant promotion value.
