陆浑水库浮游动物群落组成及其环境影响因素

    Zooplankton Community Composition and Its Environmental Influencing Factors in Luhun Reservoir

    • 摘要: 浮游动物是水生生态系统的重要组成部分, 对外界干扰和水体环境变化极为敏感。解析水库生态系统中浮游动物群落在不同水文期的组成, 有助于理解水库生态系统的动态变化, 并可为水库管理提供科学依据。基于2025年陆浑水库2次采样调查数据, 分析了不同水文期浮游动物群落种类组成、密度、生物量以及水文多样性特征, 结合Pearson相关性分析与冗余分析, 探讨了影响浮游动物群落组成分布的主要因素。结果表明, 陆浑水库共检出浮游动物48种, 其中轮虫21种、枝角类13种、桡足类14种, 以轮虫为主, 轮虫密度相对占比较大(枯水期为69.45%, 丰水期为72.98%); 丰水期的物种数、密度、Simpson多样性指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Margalef丰富度指数明显高于枯水期, 而丰水期的生物量显著低于枯水期; 影响浮游动物群落的主要环境影响因子, 枯水期主要为DO浓度、EC、CODMn、TN浓度, 丰水期主要为pH值、TN浓度。

       

      Abstract: Zooplankton, as a critical component of aquatic ecosystems, exhibits high sensitivity to external disturbances and aquatic environmental changes. Analyzing the composition of zooplankton communities across different hydrological periods in reservoir ecosystems is essential for understanding the dynamic changes of reservoir ecosystems and providing a scientific basis for reservoir management. Based on data from two sampling surveys conducted in Luhun Reservoir in 2025, it analyzed the species composition, density, biomass, and diversity characteristics of zooplankton communities during different hydrological periods. Combined with Pearson correlation analysis and redundancy analysis, the key factors influencing the composition and distribution of zooplankton communities were explored. The results showed that a total of 48 zooplankton species were detected in Luhun Reservoir, including 21 rotifer species, 13 cladoceran species, and 14 copepod species, with rotifers as the dominant group. The relative density of rotifers accounted for a large proportion (69.45% in the dry season and 72.98% in the wet season). The species richness, density, Simpson diversity index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index, and Margalef richness index in the wet season were significantly higher than those in the dry season, while the biomass in the wet season was significantly lower than that in the dry season. The main environmental factors affecting the zooplankton community were DO concentration, EC, CODMn, and TN concentration in the dry season, and pH value and TN concentration in the wet season.
