Abstract: New-quality productive forces embody China's theoretical innovation and practical exploration in advancing productivity—particularly scientific and technological productivity. They represent an organic integration of two core logic of social development: the "Science & Technology-Economy-Society" logic and the "Science & Technology-Politics-Society" logic. From the perspective of PST research, new-quality productive forces are advanced productive forces centered on the practical production capacity derived from scientific and technological innovation, oriented toward satisfying the all-round demand upgrading of social communities, and manifesting the practical efficacy of the socialist system. By adopting the PST research paradigm to analyze the political attributes, social operation mechanisms, and practical demands of new-quality productive forces in the new development stage, it deepens the understanding of the Chinese and contemporary characteristics of how scientific and technological innovation promotes the development mode of advanced productive forces, which will help promote high-quality economic and social development in China and sustainable progress of human civilization.
