By systematically cataloging both the tangible and intangible cultural legacies of this region, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status and existing challenges in the development and utilization of these cultural resources. Consequently, it proposes the establishment of a policy-oriented, diversified cooperative development mechanism. Suggestions include delving deeper into the cultural connotations of the former Yellow River course, innovating cultural dissemination methods through the integration of multiple media platforms, and effectively presenting the "stories of the former Yellow River course".
