Abstract:
Systematically promoting the integration of labor education in primary, secondary, and higher education is not only an explicit requirement of the Party and the state regarding talent cultivation, but also a necessity determined by the current state of labor education in the new era. This integration is an objective requirement for fulfilling the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and cultivating people. It is an essential path to nurturing all-round individuals in the new era, encompassing moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education. Moreover, it represents an inevitable logic for realizing the selfdevelopment and self-improvement of individual students. To systematically promote this integration, efforts should be made in the following aspects: strengthening the top-level design for the integration of labor education, emphasizing curriculum design, innovating practical teaching design, and focusing on the construction of teaching faculty for labor education across primary, secondary, and higher education.
