Abstract:
Under the background of national vocational education reform and the transformation and development of the water conservancy industry, the construction of a industry-education integration- talent cultivation base became a crucial avenue for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education. Taking the ecological water conservancy specialty cluster of Changjiang Institute of Technology as an example, it aims to address the existing issues in current base construction. These issues include an imperfect collaborative mechanism, a lack of connection with the industry, insufficient practical capabilities among teaching staff, and weak operational support. From the perspectives of grouping logic, collaborative education, practical training development, teaching staff construction, operational support, and the integration of education and training, it systematically puts forward the construction approach for the industry-education integration base. The goal is to provide practical references for higher vocational colleges to deepen the industry-education integration and enhance the adaptability of talent cultivation.
