第四代评价理论对高职教育质量评价的启示

    Enlightenment on The Fourth Generation Evaluation Theory to Quality Evaluation of Higher Vocational Education

    • 摘要: 为了完善高等职业教育质量评价工作,促进高等职业教育优质发展,本研究立足于第四代评价理论,分析高等职业教育评价存在的评价主体行政主义色彩过于浓厚、评价过程中缺少利益相关者之间的协调沟通、在评价方法上过于重视定量信息等问题,重点从教育评价环节设计上增强回应、教育评价过程中注重互动协商、教育评价方法上强调多元结合等三个方面,探究第四代评价理论对高职教育质量评价的启示,并据此提出改进评价的建议。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the quality assurance and evaluation of higher vocational education, promote the quality development of higher vocational education. Based on the fourth generation evaluation theory, it analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation process of higher vocational education, such as too strong administrative color among evaluation subjects, lack of coordination and communication between stakeholders in the evaluation process, and too much emphasis on quantitative information in evaluation methods. It focuses on enhancing response in the design of link, emphasizing interactive negotiation of process, and emphasizing multiple integration of method to explore and research the enlightenment and suggestions of the fourth generation evaluation theory to the quality evaluation of higher vocational education.
