还原剂改性生物炭吸附法去除对苯醌的试验研究

    Research on Modified Biochar Adsorption Removal by Reducing Agent to p-benzoquinone

    • 摘要: 选用Na2SO3、FeSO4两种还原剂制备改性麦秸秆生物炭,以对苯醌为目标污染物,通过试验研究生物炭制备过程中还原剂浸渍时间及浓度、生物炭热解温度及投加量对其吸附去除对苯醌的影响,同时进行热力学分析。结果表明,还原剂浸渍时间宜为2 h、最佳物质的量浓度为0.001 mol/L,生物炭最佳热解温度为600℃、最佳投加量为20 mg。另外,FeSO4改性麦秸秆生物炭吸附去除对苯醌的效果比Na2SO3改性麦秸秆生物炭好。

       

      Abstract: Prepared modification wheat-straw biochar by Na2SO3, FeSO4.Setting the p-benzoquinone as targeted pollutant, through the experiment, we researched the effect of the biochar impregnation time,concentration, pyrolysis temperature and dosage on p-benzoquinone adsorption removal and did the thermomechanical analysis.The results showed that the impregnation time should be two hours,the best reducing agent concentration is 0.001mol/L, and the best pyrolysis temperature of biochar is 600℃, and the best dosage of biochar is 20 mg.In addition,the effect of FeSO4modified wheat-straw biochar removal adsorption to p-benzoquinone is much better than Na2SO3.
