高职院校兼职教师队伍管理困境及对策探析

    • 摘要: 高职院校兼职教师是高职教育的重要参与者,是新常态下创新人才培养的中坚力量。从高职院校兼职教师队伍建设的现实意义出发,对高职院校兼职教师队伍的管理困境进行了分析,并提出相应的解决对策,如明确企业的责任和义务,拓宽兼职教师的来源和聘用渠道,完善兼职教师的聘任体制,加强兼职教师绩效考核机制,完善兼职教师的职前培训制度,建设兼职教师激励机制,建立专兼职教师合作平台等。同时,认为国家应从政策、资金、资源等方面给予重视和支持。

       

      Abstract: Part-time teacher team is an important participant and a new normal backbone of innovative talent cultivation of higher vocational college.From the practical significance of part-time teacher of higher vocational college,it analyzes the management dilemma and puts forward the countermeasures of part-time teacher,such as,clearing the responsibilities and obligations,broadening the sources,improving the engagement mechanism,strengthening the performance evaluation mechanism,improving the pre-service training system,constructing the incentive mechanism and cooperation platform of part-time teacher,etc.At the same time,the state should give priority and support to policy,capital and resources.
