不同分子量PEO及共混体系结晶行为的研究
Research on Crystallization Behavior of Different Molecular Weight PEO and Blend System

摘要: 用偏光显微镜观察PEO10W、PEO2W及其共混物的等温结晶过程和在不同温度下的晶体形貌发现,在同一温度下,分子量大的聚合物结晶速率较快,分子量小的较慢;对于共混物来说,晶体的生长速率和成核速率皆处于PEO10W和PEO2W之间;高温条件下,有利于生长出更加完整、致密的晶体。Abstract: Polarizing microscope was used to observe the process of PEO10 W、PEO2 W and its blend isothermal crystallization process and crystal morphology of different temperatures.The result shows that under the same temperature,high molecular weight poly (ethylene glycol)had the fastest crystallization rates,and low molecular weight poly (ethylene glycol)had the lowest rates.For the blends,both crystal growth rates and nucleated rates are between their two pure components.Higher temperature is good for the growth of better crystal.
