Abstract: In order to strengthen the higher vocational college culture connotation construction and to enhance its core competitiveness, this paper first analyzes the concept，contents, current situation and the existing problems of the culture connotation construction and then puts forward the construction key points and effective ways:To perfect each management system to provide powerful guarantee for culture inheritance; To carry out activities to build the platform for culture accumulation; To advocate personalized education to construct open atmosphere for culture innovation; To develop entrepreneurial culture actively.
