Abstract: Graphics education is a platform of studying and inheriting the development and innovation of human civilization.The life does not stop, and the graphics education is incessant.This article defines the concepts of graphics education and related subjects, studies the scientific basis of supporting graphics first level subject and subject category, and discusses the necessity of improving graphics subject status.At the same time, it analyzes that graphics education high-level talents are in great demand of building an innovation-originated nation, world power and great cultural nation, and displays the future development tendency of the graphics education.
