Abstract: Based on the distribution of the existing campus garbage cans and various factors statistical analyzed which affecting its distribution, the geographical environment identification model is established and the weighted value of the garbage can distribution is calculated.Ultimately with the support of GIS and distance raster analysis and spatial overlay analysis approaches, this paper worked out the optimal configuration map and thus provide the basis of the reasonable garbage can placement.
