Abstract: By researching the construction of Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute, this paper has a comprehensive analysis about renewable water resources. It establishes a campus renewable water threedimensional and multifunctional comprehensive application system. It not only saves water resources, but also reduces the cost of expenditure. It also analyzes the social benefit, the circle economy benefit of the water system plan.
