水轮机振动在线监测系统的分析与设计

    Analysis and Design of Hydroturbine Vibration On-line Monitoring System

    • 摘要: 通过对水轮机振动监测系统的分析,提出了以振动实时监测和振动信号分析处理软件为核心,并与传感器和输出设备相连组成的监测分析系统。对系统进行了方案设计、硬件配置、软件设计和调试。调试表明,通过该系统可以直观地了解机组的运行状态,并能对常见的运行故障做出判断,具有状态预测功能。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of hydroturbine vibration monitoring system, this paper puts forward to the vibration real-time monitoring and analysis of vibration signal processing software as the core, and with the sensors and output devices are connected by monitoring and analyzing system. And it carries on the design scheme, hardware configuration, software debugging analysis. The experiment shows that the system can intuitively know the unit running status, and to judge the common faults in the operation, with state prediction function.
