Abstract: This paper discusses the aesthetics characteristic of the image of Zhang Liang the elegant strategist, and points out the short term of the image in Zhang Liang's whole life. At first, he was a tragical hero opposing the tyrant and avenging, then he became a helpless tragical nonentity; he had been a gifted strategist for several years in the brief break - up period of the government order of feudalism autocracy; thereby, the paper proves the wide and deep tragical meaning of the History Records and probes into the main body's own deep reason of the formation of the tragical quality.
