Abstract: Launching out college physical education and performing psychologica l health are the important acts in college physical education in the new century . they are the urgent subject of the reasearch on college physical eduction. In view of the seriousness of students’ psychological health, combining with the pr esent situation and development of physical education, this paper uses theoretic al research method, gives some ideas of launching out physical education and per forming psychological health education and analyzes systematically from its mean ing, content, etc. The article is worth consulting when setting up the direction idea of “health the first” and broadening the development of college physical education.
