“两课”教师的人格力量与人格塑造

    Character Power and Moulding of "Two-subject" Teachers

    • 摘要: “两课”教育作为培养人、教育人、改造人的实践活动,其有效性是教育内容的真理性和教育者的人格力量以及灵活多样的教育方法相互配合的结果,而“两课”教师自身的人格力量在“两课”教育中起着重要的作用:一是其人格力量是完成思想政治教育各项任务,实现“两课”教育目标的保证;二是其人格力量是“两课”教育真理力量发挥的前提和条件;三是其人格力量是“两课”教育产生渗透力和张力的关键。

       

      Abstract: As a practical activity, "two-subject" teaching aims at developing, educating and remoulding people. It is a combination of reality of educational contents, character power of educator and flexibility of educational methods. Teachers’ character power in "two-subject" teaching has the following important functions : First,it ensures the accomplishment of all the tasks of ideological education and the realization of its purpose. Second,it is the prerequisite and condition of developing truth power in "two-subject" teaching.Lastly,it is the key to "two-subject" education’s bringing about infiltration power and tension.
