Abstract: In the course of the development of national economy, because of the great influence from the tradition of Chinese nation,the managing ideas of national industrialists in modern China inevitably have its own distinct characteristics mainly as the following five points:1.highly holding the patriotic banner; 2.fully taking the advantage of "people’s harmony"; 3.practicing the strategy of famous brand; 4.adopting the strategy of "beating about the bush "; 5. making managing systems adaptable to China. All these characteristics are still useful to our management today.
